How long does it take to build and ship my custom clubs?
Each set of Haywood clubs is hand-assembled to your specifications. Our standard build time is typically 7-10 business days, followed by 3-5 days for domestic shipping.
What is your return policy on golf equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard equipment in new, unused condition. Please note that custom-built clubs with non-standard specs may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do you offer international shipping for global customers?
Yes, we ship our premium golf gear worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order weight.
Can I adjust the loft and lie of my Haywood irons?
Our forged irons and wedges are designed to be adjustable. We recommend having any adjustments performed by a professional club fitter to ensure the integrity of the hosel.
Do your clubs come with a manufacturer warranty?
All Haywood Golf clubs are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
